7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by Player

You may close your at77 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] with a written request for account closure. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard timelines. Real cash balances remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
